As a stylist I would need to see the shape of your head...your skin tone, is your hair strait or curly...If it is strait...i like the stacked bob's...or in your case...red hair is beautiful...so keep it long...and get a lot of "choppy" layers put in it...good luck

I just went to get my hair done last month. My hair stylist is also my friend so I trust her judgement. I had told her that I wanted chunky highlights but she informed that's now out. Layers with natural looking highlights are in now and that's what she did and I LOVE it!=)

For spring, do heavy bangs, pin-straight hair, pixie short hair, a ballerina bun or long wavy beachy hair. Although it really depends whether you have straight, wavy, curly or relaxed hair. If you have straight - just make it pin-straight, if you have wavy hair - try using a hair spray (like Frederic Fekkai Wave Spray) to make it look like you've just been to the beach, etc. I'm sure if you search google for "hot spring hairstyles" you'll find something you like.
