Help! I need a natural hair style?

When pressed, my hair length is to the bottom of my ear.A natural style W/curls. eg Whitney Houston era late 80's would be ideal. A style that I can do that will look great for a 15 yr old. I have an oval face, high cheek bones, wide nose, almond shaped eyes. Help! Any ideas?

try putting some gel in to control the curls and then just let it dry naturally
