Cute hair style / kinda scene-ish but not way out there?

Hey, Ive been trying to come up with a cute hairstyle that is ez but will pretty much always look good.

I was thinking kind of a scene hairstyle - u know - tease the top w/ hairspray and straighten the bottom..

but I don't want it to be WAY out there? I kinda want it to be preppy / scene so if u have and suggestions on how I should get my hair cut and what I shud do to style it - PLz write! thx!

what i do, is i have like bangs that go in my face kinda, so its like the middle ground between preppish and scene.

try long/longish hair and put it in long pigtails down the front. make them sort of loose so there just hanging off the side f your head. once you get them low enough they will look soo cute and always good :]

...right because scene hair is really low maitanence...it takes me a good 20minutes of hairspray and blowdrying to tease the top of mine the way i like it, teasing enough for a long girls hair, it takes forever. definately not low maitence.
